What gift cards can you use to pay your bills with?
Heres my problem. For most holidays i get gift cards, thats great but i would love to find a gift card that i could use to pay my bills. So heres my question, if someone gets me a Simon (visa) gift card can i use the amount on that card to pay say my Chase bill? Or if i get a american express gift card can i use that to pay my Discover card bill?

So long as the gift card has the appropriate credit card company (at least for VISA or Mastercard) you can use them to pay bills.

Great question. That I dont know but I would think that the answer would be no since most credit cards wont take a credit card for payment.
Balance transfer yes but I doubt you could pay an amex with a visa
BUT
you can use the credit card to pay your electric bill or other msc bills (phone etc)

i’m pretty sure any gift card that u get like a visa or american ex. or master card, u can use to pay bills, the only ones u cant use is the store gift cards, like if u get a best buy gift card u cant use it to pay any bills… just to buy stuff! lol.. well good luck!
